New Patio Using Existing Slabs
This project involved transforming an unused patch of garden into a clean, practical patio area using the customer’s existing paving slabs. We began by removing the old turf and soil, excavating the area to the correct depth and installing a compacted Type 1 sub-base to ensure a strong, long-lasting foundation.
Once the base was fully prepared, we relaid the reclaimed slabs in a neat, uniform pattern, giving them a fresh purpose and saving the customer the cost of new materials. The result is a solid and functional patio space that blends naturally with the garden while making smart use of what was already on-site.

Full Re-Roof Using Existing Tiles
For this project, we carried out a full re-roof while preserving the character of the home by reusing the customer’s original tiles. Every single tile was removed, cleaned, inspected, and prepared for reuse.
We installed brand-new breathable felt and treated battens across the entire roof, ensuring a solid, long-lasting structure beneath the tiles.
Once the prep work was complete, the cleaned tiles were refitted along with a full set of new ridge tiles for a fresh, secure finish.
The result is a roof that looks renewed while keeping the original charm intact.

Flat Roof Reinstallation
For this project, the customer had been dealing with ongoing leaks caused by poor workmanship from previous installers. We carried out a full strip-back of the affected flat roof areas, removing rotten decking, damaged insulation, and failed waterproofing.
Once the structure was exposed, we installed new timbers, replaced insulation where required, and fitted brand-new OSB roofing boards across the entire roof.
To finish, we installed a high-performance single-ply membrane system designed for long-term durability and complete watertight protection. We also upgraded the chimney flashing to stop water ingress at the vertical join.
The end result: a clean, modern, fully waterproof flat roof built to last.
Initial strip-back revealing rotten boards, failed felt, and saturated insulation from ongoing leaks.

Full Roof De-Mossing & Protective Seal Application – Cranleigh
This property required a full roof clean after years of moss, lichen, and organic build-up had begun to affect both appearance and drainage. We carried out a complete de-mossing service, safely removing all growth from every elevation of the roof using specialist access equipment. Once the roof was fully cleared and cleaned, we applied a high-quality protective roof seal to help prevent future moss build-up, improve weather resistance, and extend the lifespan of the roof tiles.
The result is a much cleaner, brighter, and better-protected roof, restoring the look of the home and helping maintain long-term structural integrity.
A ground-level view from the garden showing the team mid-way through the de-mossing process. The cleaned tiles stand out clearly compared to the darker, moss-covered tiles yet to be treated. Access ladders and equipment are visible on the roof.
A high-level drone shot showing the roof mid-clean, with a clear contrast between treated and untreated areas. The cleaned section appears significantly brighter where moss and organic staining have already been removed.

Complete garden upgrade including improved water management and a fresh lawn finish
This project involved installing a new soakaway system and surface drainage to prevent flooding and standing water in the garden. Once the groundwork was complete, we levelled the area, prepared the soil and laid high-quality turf for a clean, healthy finish.
Work completed:
Soakaway excavation and installation
New drainage channels and pipework
Ground levelling and preparation
Topsoil dressing
Fresh turf installation
Final rolling and edge detailing
The result is a garden that drains properly, stays usable year-round and looks smart with a newly laid lawn.
Early excavation work as we opened the ground to install the new soakaway system and drainage layout.
Shaping the soakaway chamber and preparing accurate levels for the drainage run.
A deep pit is excavated to the required depth for the soakaway system, ensuring proper water capacity and flow.
A perforated pipe is positioned over a gravel base, creating a channel that will direct surface water into the soakaway.
The soakaway crates are wrapped in a geotextile membrane and set securely inside the pit, ready to be backfilled.
Soil is replaced and the ground is levelled after the soakaway installation, preparing the area for new topsoil.
The soil is raked, shaped and smoothed to create an even surface ahead of fresh turf installation.
High-quality turf is rolled out across the prepared ground, forming the new lawn section piece by piece.
The completed lawn features a clean, striped finish, showing the final result of the soakaway, drainage and turfing works.
Concrete Shed Base Installation in Witley
We were asked to install a strong, level concrete base for a new garden shed in Witley.
Because the chosen location sat on an elevated, uneven section of lawn, the project required careful excavation to create a stable platform.
Our team:
Cut into the raised lawn to create a level excavation
Removed and disposed of all soil and waste
Installed a compacted sub-base for strength and stability
Laid reinforcing mesh to prevent cracking
Installed shuttering to form clean, accurate edges
Poured, levelled, and hand-finished a reinforced concrete slab
Added new timber sleepers to retain the lawn edge and keep the area tidy
The result is a long-lasting, perfectly level base ready for the customer’s new shed.
A delivery of bulk bags, steel reinforcing mesh, tools, and a cement mixer staged on the driveway, ready for the shed-base installation.

Garden Clearance and Ground Levelling Project
This project began with a garden that had been left to run wild, turning into a dense mix of tall grasses, weeds, and uneven ground. The customer wanted the space reclaimed and reshaped into a clean, usable area again.
We carried out a full vegetation clearance, removing overgrowth from top to bottom. Once the site was cleared, we levelled the ground with the excavator, reshaping the slope and preparing the space for future landscaping. The transformation took the garden from overgrown to open, tidy, and ready for the customer’s next plans.

Starting the clearance from the bottom of the garden, cutting a pathway up the slope.
Vegetation removed and the first section of ground beginning to open up.
Heavy clearance underway, soil exposed and overgrowth being lifted out with the excavator.
Major progress made with the entire area now cleared and ready for levelling.
Final grading complete, leaving a smooth, level surface ready for the customer’s next stage.
Fence Replacement & Tree Clearance – Farnham
Our team was called to replace a damaged boundary fence that had been pushed over by an overgrown tree. The existing panels had collapsed due to root pressure and leaning branches, leaving the area unsecured.
We removed the old fence, cut back the overgrown tree to prevent further structural pressure, cleared the ground, and installed two new, sturdy closeboard panels with treated posts. The result is a clean, strong, long-lasting fence line that restores privacy and keeps the boundary secure.

Patio Cleaning & Sealing
Restoring colour, removing moss and algae, and protecting stone for long-lasting results.
This patio needed a full restoration to bring the stonework back to life and protect it for the long term. We began with a deep clean using professional equipment to remove built-up dirt, algae, weather staining and organic growth. Once the surface was fully cleaned and dried, we applied a high-quality patio sealant to enhance the colour of the stone, reduce future staining and make maintenance easier.
The result is a fresh, bright, durable finish that gives the outdoor space a clean new look and protects it from the elements all year round.
